        Raymond J. Kenard is AWP&H's founder and President.  Mr. Kenard, formerly a
petrochemical process engineer,  has over 30 years of experience in the hydrogen
business and in the development and operation of large-scale petrochemical
plants.  Among other large scale industrial projects, Mr. Kenard was responsible
for the installation of some of the earliest steam reforming plants in the United
States using advanced European design and technology.   Mr. Kenard recently
presented a white paper on the hydrogen economy at the 2006 National Hydrogen
Association conference.  

  
Charles Pratt is AWP&H's Vice-President and General Counsel.  Mr. Pratt was the
General Counsel of the New York Power Authority (NYPA) for 12 years where his
duties included all utility legal, licensing, and financing matters relating to NYPA's
hydroelectric and nuclear power generating assets.  Mr. Pratt's expertise in electric
power includes substantial work concerning transmission and interconnection
issues for the New York Independent  System Operator, Inc.  After concluding his
service as NYPA's General Counsel and prior to joining AWP&H, Mr. Pratt was a
partner in the Manhattan law firm of Dickstein, Shapiro, Morin & Oshinsky.     

    
James Sherman is AWP&H's Vice-President.  In addition to participating in the
management of AWP&H, Mr. Sherman is principally responsible for AWP&H's New
Jersey operations.   Mr. Sherman was Assistant Counsel of the New York City
Department of Environmental Protection from 1994-1998 where he helped develop,
implement, and manage a variety of stationary and mobile source air pollution
control programs.  In recognition of his leading role in the development of the
hydrogen economy in New Jersey, Mr. Sherman delivered remarks at the
inauguration of the New Jersey Hydrogen Learning Center.  He is the chairman of
the Montclair, New Jersey Environmental Commission and a trustee of the
Association of New Jersey Environmental Commissions.

    
Todd Jaffe is AWP&H's Vice-President for Technology.  Mr. Jaffe was formerly
with Constellation Energy where he was Vice-President of Asset Development and
Commercialization and was also an officer of several Constellation Energy
subsidiaries.  Mr. Jaffe's has over 20 years of work experience in project finance,
project development, acquisition and project management of numerous renewable
energy projects.  Prior to his work at  Constellation Energy, Mr. Jaffe worked at
Baltimore Gas & Electric where he held various leadership positions in
engineering, construction, management, and tariff creation.

    
Skip Hauth is AWP&H's Vice-President principally in charge of AWP&H's Buffalo,
New York projects.

    
Bill Mckibben is AWP&H's public relations officer.
